Participation Charges

Registration fee is 280 euro (includes: registration of 4 representatives of the company; including the exhibitor’s information to the catalogue; visiting of all business events of the program, certificate of participation).

The rental costs of the display area is formed according to the type and size of the exhibition stand. Standard parameters for calculation are 195 euro per sq. m. of equipped space; the information about additional equipment, building and assembly works and handling operations is to be requested in individually.

The rental costs include:
standard stand construction (grey carpeting, PVC wall partition panels, fascia inscription, table (1 pce), chair (2 pcs), spot lamp, electric power supply (220 V) and litter basket.

Extra charges for stand type:
corner stand (2 sides open) –8%,
two-corner stand (3 sides open) – 10%,
island stand (all sides open) - 15%
